We’re Hiring: Project Manager, Digital Delivery & AI-Assisted Operations
Steun Outsourcing is hiring a Project Manager, Digital Delivery & AI-Assisted Operations to support our growing digital agency and outsourcing delivery work.
This is a remote, part-time role for someone who is highly organized, proactive, comfortable working with digital marketing teams, and skilled at using AI as part of their everyday workflow.
We are not looking for someone who simply updates task boards.
We are looking for someone who can understand what needs to happen, organize the work, coordinate the right people, follow up consistently, identify blockers early, and make sure projects actually move from instruction to completion.

You are not expected to be the specialist doing every task.
You are expected to understand the workflow well enough to manage it.
AI-Assisted Work Is a Core Part of This Role
Steun Outsourcing actively uses AI to improve speed, documentation, research, organization, and operational efficiency.
AI proficiency is therefore a core requirement for this position.
You should already be comfortable using AI tools as part of your everyday work.
This may include tools such as:
ChatGPT
Claude
Gemini
Perplexity
AI transcription tools
AI meeting tools
AI-assisted automation platforms
Other productivity and workflow tools
You do not need to know every AI platform.
You do need to understand how to use AI responsibly and effectively.
How You May Use AI in This Role
AI-assisted work may include:
Turning meetings into action items
Summarizing long email threads
Drafting project briefs
Organizing research
Creating first drafts of SOPs
Preparing weekly status updates
Extracting tasks from client communications
Comparing documents
Identifying missing information
Drafting client-ready summaries
Structuring reports
Creating checklists
Reviewing repetitive work
Supporting QA
Organizing project information
Brainstorming solutions to operational blockers
Improving recurring workflows
Reducing repetitive administrative work
The goal is to use AI as leverage.
However, AI does not replace judgment.
You are still responsible for reviewing, validating, correcting, and understanding anything produced with AI before it is used.
What We Expect From Someone Who Uses AI
We are looking for someone who can:
Provide AI with useful context
Write clear prompts
Refine prompts when the first result is not good enough
Review AI-generated output critically
Recognize hallucinations or incorrect information
Verify important facts
Structure messy information into something usable
Use AI without losing ownership of the work
Protect confidential client information
Recognize when human judgment is required
We are not looking for someone who simply copies and pastes AI-generated answers.
AI should help you think and execute better.
It should not replace critical thinking.
What Strong Project Management Looks Like Here
We expect the Project Manager to actively manage the space between a request and a completed deliverable.
For example:
A specialist says:
“Done.”
A passive coordinator marks the task complete.
A strong Project Manager checks whether the actual deliverable exists, whether it matches the brief, whether supporting links are attached, and whether anything remains outstanding.
Another example:
A task is blocked because access has not been provided.
A passive coordinator writes:
“Still waiting for access.”
A strong Project Manager identifies:
What access is missing
Who controls the access
When it was requested
Who has already followed up
What work is affected
What happens next
When the issue needs to be escalated
That is the level of ownership we are looking for.
You May Be a Strong Fit If You:
Have project management experience
Have worked with digital marketing, agency, outsourcing, SaaS, technology, or remote teams
Understand digital marketing workflows
Have strong organizational skills
Are comfortable managing several projects at once
Communicate clearly in written English
Are comfortable following up with people
Notice missing information
Identify problems before they become emergencies
Can work independently
Understand when something requires escalation
Are comfortable coordinating specialists
Take ownership of outcomes
Learn new systems quickly
Use AI confidently
Look for ways to improve inefficient processes
Can turn messy information into structured action
Experience with Asana is strongly preferred.
Tools You May Work With
Our workflows may involve:
Asana
Google Workspace
Google Drive
Google Sheets
Google Docs
Gmail
Google Analytics
Google Tag Manager
Google Search Console
Google Ads
Meta Business Manager
WordPress
Reporting dashboards
AI platforms
Automation tools
Marketing and SEO platforms
You do not need to know every platform before joining.
The ability to learn quickly is more important.
This Role Is Probably Not a Good Fit If You:
Need constant instructions before taking action
Prefer purely repetitive administrative work
Avoid following up with team members
Struggle to manage multiple priorities
Mark tasks complete without checking the work
Wait until deadlines to report blockers
Treat project management as task-board maintenance
Are uncomfortable with digital marketing terminology
Are resistant to AI-assisted workflows
Copy AI outputs without reviewing them
Need someone else to constantly determine your next step
What Success Looks Like
Within the first few months, you should be able to independently manage assigned projects with minimal reminders.
Our project management system should clearly show:
What has been completed
What is currently in progress
What is overdue
What is blocked
Who owns the next action
What needs management review
What is waiting on a client
What is waiting on a specialist
What is coming next
The owner should not have to reconstruct project status from messages, email threads, meeting notes, and memory.
The system should tell us.
How We Think About Project Management
We value people who naturally think:
“What is the next action?”
“Who owns this?”
“What is blocking it?”
“What information is missing?”
“Does this deliverable actually match what was requested?”
“Can this process be improved?”
“Can AI help us do this faster without sacrificing accuracy?”
“What does management actually need to know?”
That mindset is more important than simply knowing project management terminology.
